Dear Friends,

I. If you will have any problems with dongle registration/upgrade (errors like: server can not be found) please, download latest DongleManager v1.27 from support area:

http://www.infinity-box.com/support.php

II. Support area mirror server upgraded

If you have problems with "Mirror-1" server you need to update connection settings:

1. run "Infinity-Box Shell" and go to "Support area" page
2. select "Main support" server

3. go to "Settings" page:

4. click to "Update support area/connection settings" and you will see results like this:

5. go to "Support area" page, select "Mirror-1" and try to enter in support area

all syrian custmers that i knew them can.t make update by dongle manger 1.27 change many lines internet but same problems and making same u says also same problems since 2 weeks almost cant make update plz help all syrian custmers

i have problem with ip in syria on dongle manger 1.26 i makeing update fine but with 1.27 have problem and this problem have with all syrian custmers
