please i cant acess support area ,i used shell 1.27 what could be the problem , i recieve a pup up message asking for username and password

1. run Shell
2. go to "Support area" page
3. select "Main" mirror
4. go to Settings page
5. make "Update support area/connection" settings
Now try to login in support area mirrors again
