i try to log in the given user and password from dongle manager but i recieve the error "authentication failed"..

if you mean User panel, then maybe you have to add "00" in front of login.
Then, login will consist of 8 digits.
have you done that?>

login edited with 2 last number

It looks like you have entered wrong data for login/password.
