Hello,
If your Smart-Card become damaged and you want to buy another one:
- You should know old/damaged Smart-Card Serial Number
- To verify that you are legal owner of old/damaged Smart-Card you should know e-mail address that was used during Box/Dongle Registration
- Old (damaged) Smart-Card will be blocked
- If your old (damaged) Smart-Card had additional Activations it will be moved to new Smart-Card

What to do:
- Contact by e-mail to card [at] infinity-box.com with Replacement request
- Provide your old (damaged) Smart-Card Serial Number and e-mail address that was used during Box/Dongle Registration

NOTE: if you do not want to disable/block your old Smart-Card you can just buy new Smart-Card w/o box - Price

Remember activations can be moved only to same card type.

Br.
