please help i bought a new infinity box when i connect it , the box will connect well but when i connect phone when the program say press and hold power on and i press the power on it would not boot the phone i taught it was my cable so i try another infinitybox and it work but my is not working i think its hardware problem on my box please help me

What phone do you have? Did you selected the right comport for your box?

yes i select the right port i try another box it works but mine is not working please help me

Box damaged. need change FTDI Chip.

As per my experience: 99.99% is a problems with cables, connectors, wrong pinouts, small user's experiens and only 0.01% is a damaged box hardware.

don t doubt in infinity team products.it s better for yu to check cable,comport,pc.....yu can also reinstall box
