If you have 2000 units and you can not unlock it with Infinity software you can try with other tool.
Have you tried that ?
Have you used other tools ?
What is the results ?

This phone is a RDA chips and to unlock I think I need file unlock, I mean pacth to unlock it, no box do direct unlock for the phone

I've sent you files ( on skype and email ) more than month ago, or even in past year. Can't remember.
