infinity box error in updating dongle manager


what happen infinity support, why getting error during updating dongle manager? it says like this...how to fix this??????????

Dongle is up-to-date and has latest firmware.
 DO NOT try more ! 
Box is working well, no problems found, 
no reasons to cry, do not worry, be happy. 
If software can not start
 (or SmartCard data is damaged) contact to [email protected]
maybe need reinstall setup clean your pc install and update again

Hello,

Did you tried to follow an instruction given by software ?
Please, trust me, our DongleManager is VERY VERY smart program, it always give to people good advices !

I have the same problem. I can use some software to infinity, but I can not upgrade any module of infinity.
Whenever I try to install an update I get the message to update the firmware of infinity, when I try to use the dongle manager to update I get this message that your friend mentions.
I contacted the support of infinity ([email protected]) but never replied.

if your card can't be updated that's mean your card is damaged by third part when you use any software cracked particalary bb5king

You must double check your e-mail address, because many users send to us e-mails, and wheen we try to reply - our mails returned back with reason like "no such user".
so you must double check your e-mail address and double check that you have send your mail to correct e-mail.
