because is it not work but i think the diode m7 is domesticity

Hello,

In most cases it's a FT232 chip fault.
What was happened that box stop to work ?

sorry from bad language....

the usb port is not working or your computer cannot detect the port?.
I suggest to enter devices manager in ur coputer and serach if the port needs an update.

no the box is work and detected and i can enter the support but interface RJ45 damaged???????? the phone not conected + my diode "M7" is domesticity

If you have a problem with diode - just short this diode, it's not required component for correct box functionality.
