infinity box problem

i have two infinity box
old one is still work fine
but new one for a few days i see one problem
when i connect with usb USB NOT RECOGNIZED
please any solution ??

inside of box you can find smart card.
try to change cards.
check if this is card or box problem.

because i exchange card but my new box same problem
and i also check other card reader , my two card is ok
and without card my old box ok but new box not ok

sir i have 3 pc
i check my 3 pc , same problem
old box no problem but new box same problem

in most cases this is FTDI problem. you can try to repair it by soldering new IC
