Please infinity team my box is not working when i connect to computer led light show but com not detect please help

find out one pc who works well infinity box
and test ur infinity box
you will know what is the problem .

open your box then remove smart card and clean smart card jack and chek resolder then insert smart card then reply bro.

What was happened before box stop to work ?
Did you tried to connect rx/tx/+/- wires to phone ?
Did you short circuit - and + ?

I do not know how to repasir it because I do not see any explanation what was happened with box. Explanation "box not wark" can not gives any information.

Anyway, you can open box and check it's hardware, probably you should replace FT232 chip.
You can see box schematics in support area \software\utilities\unibox folder.

It may be that box become damaged.
Open box and check it's PCB. Di you see any damaged and/or burned components ?
