infinity box smart card damage

sir sandenly my infinity box smart card damage after 9 years .i try to clene and change reader but same not detect card. my card have hcu activition and sm trial active and cm2 now ,what todo can transfar all my account to other card, ihave infinity cdma and infinity best dongle plz sir do some things

All activations (except trials) can be transferred to THE SAME DONGLE TYPE
hcu can be transferred too

my old dongle have expair but when by new dongle its have 1 year valid now point when i account transfer can new account give 1 year validity na same as old card validity

Your new Infinity-Box/Dongle will have 1 year support.
If your old dongle has active support - support time will be transferred (added) to new dongle
If your old dongle has expired supoort - support time will be not transferred because nothing to add.

Do you understand the idea or do you need an example ?

sir I am afraid it is not possible this way, please see an example:

- It is impossible to transfer Dongle to another Dongle as Activation.
- It is possible to transfer Activation to the same Smart-Card type only
- Old Smart-Card and account will be completely deactivated after transfer
- New Smart-Card should be not older than 5 years !

Example:

Yes - from [BEST] to [BEST]
Yes - from [CDMA] to [CDMA]
Yes - from Infinity-Box/Dongle to Infinity-Box/Dongle

No - from [BEST] to Infinity-Box/Dongle
No - from [BEST] to [CDMA]
No - from [CDMA] to Infinity-Box/Dongle
No - from [CDMA] to [BEST]
No - from Infinity-Box/Dongle to [BEST]
No - from Infinity-Box/Dongle to [CDMA]

There are some kind of technical reasons with given rules. Maybe in future it will be possible to make transfer more flexible way but currently rules are as you can see above.
