infinity box smart card not detected suddenly in my win 7 pc,
but when i connect win xp working fine
now tell me what i do?

if dongle works with 1st PC and do not work with 2nd PC it means it's your 2nd PC problem.
I suggest you uninstall Smart-Card reader drivers as a first step.

now from 9 months i use only win 7 pc for cm2
now suddenly not detect smart card in win 7
now tell me what i do

Hello,

Try to connect Dongle to another PC
Try to insert Smart-Card into another Card-Reader or Box (if you have it)

If problem still exist:
- Remove Smart-Card from Card-Reader
- Clean Smart-Card contacts
- Try to use hot air gun and heat Smart-Card
- Insert Smart-Card back to Card-reader

If problem still exist this means it's a hardware problem and you should buy new Dongle.

What is the results ?
