Infinity box update error plz help

I want to udate my new box and is giving this error plz how will I solve it?

Here is an instruction how to get cable/pinout information:
1. be sure that you have downloaded and installed latest Infinity-Box Pinouts update: Infinity-Box - News
2. run Infinity-Box Shell
3. select required model
4. see detailed information about cable/pinout (Rx/Tx/Gnd pins and other information)

Here is an example of information given by Infinity-Box Shell.
It's just an example for Alcatel, if you have another model you must select your model !

thanks but in this i hv the cables that didnt match it like I have these

configuration: pinout 23
Cable name: LG-C2500, LG-GW300, LG-GS10X
=== flash/unlock cable ===
keyboard top (mini-usb-5 connector)
/12345\
1: Gnd (RJ45 pin-8)
3: box Rx/phone Tx/PinFinder Rx (RJ45 pin-3)
4: box Tx/phone Rx/PinFinder Tx (RJ45 pin-2)
GW300: add 130k resistor from phone pin-1 to phone pin-2
USB data cable: use ordinary Moto C350 usb cable
Charger: use ordinary Moto C350 usb cable

then puting LG-C2500 which is only one among the three in the content of the package I just bought but the mount of LG-C2500 is like the mout of motorola v3 buth the mout of the phone is like nokia 5130c so how will I use it with it?

Hi,

You have to use LG-GW300, LG-GS10X cable. It has the same pinout, but little bit modified connector size.

dont understand little bit modified connector size are u saying i have to modify the cable? secondly I saw the pinout will I use the jtag cable that is include in the pack to do it by soldering?All the same thanks for your help.Plz help me more for am new here.
