infinity have very good soft & multibox support wonted brands (alcatel. philips. lg.sam...)

I agree that you can not Compare the two Products as multibox is as the name descibes MULTI and does a wide range of phones and tasks.

Infinity is hero of china and hero of india BUT multibox is hero of the WORLD and considers the rest of us when they do updates.

Multibox is 1000% best for ALL users including those from india and china and certainly a WINNER.

Infinity used to be one of the best but now only do updates for a few countries

With respect, I have used infinity a lot in the past (I voted it as best box 2006) but hardly use at all now.
From your list of fones from the link you gave I see its extensive but not many of them seen in my part of UK if even seen in UK.

I'm not saying that infinity is not good just that its getting more regional, maybe UK fones are harder to unlock (eg ZTE F866) and indian etc are easier. I dont know as I'm not programmer.

I just dont like these Comparison threads as both boxes are good for their own reasons.

Yes I agree and both have good support. If you treat authors with respect then you get good help. Certainly Multibox support has been excellent for me and you can see infinity support is also good. BUT i dont include updates as support. To me support is getting boxes working and helping with problems in unlocking and servicing. Both are good with that.

I see no reason to compare both boxes... my decision was back then for Infinity.... and my banking Account says I was right with it. Both Boxes are ok, but all this bull**** about "this box ist better...".
Multibox does some Alcatel, Samsung and LGs I`d do... but other Boxes support these Brands way better (and more complete).

But everyone does his own decision...

Comparing these boxes is not so common because each of them has a wide range of supported models, advantages and disadvantages.
Only common supported models software can be compared
