what is exarcly legacy mean can w reset old ph9ne without 1.58 version using this 2.30 update ?

Legacy means something like outdate, f.e. it's cpu that is not used for newly designed models but that exist in huge quantities on market for now.

MT6572 - MT6597, all included between(6575,6582,6583,6589,6592,6595...).
MT8127 - MT8173, except MT8167
MT6735, MT6737, MT6752, MT6753.

Nowdays they are not produced anymore, but old stocks are still used in new cheap phones - 6737, 6580. Even 6572 in some KaiOs appears sometimes.
