150.02 is outdated
for 2.30, it is required to have firmware 151, so renew your support , contact your resellers

Changed: "SmartReset Data Safe" option activated
Remove all APP and Security settings, retain userdata for Vivo, Oppo.
It works for limited number of models at the moment, it depend on android version/build, use at own risk!
Brand/model selection is not required, autodetection works

If SafeFormat Fail = Unsupported vendor!

Still cant open

i did firmware update
deleted cm2mt2 folder installed again
check for the bug report as infinity support said nothing found
downloaded the setup again but no luck
only infinity logo appears for 3 secs and then nothing happens

seems like you have an virus in system, if you try use MT2 v2.30.

It looks like your dongle support period is expired.

You can use previous software versions unlimited.
If you want to use latest software updates you should renew support.

Please contact to any seller https://infinity-box.com/buy/ and renew support for 1 or 2 years.

Your PC has a problem. You must care about PC that you use for work.
I gave you link to antivirus already, use it NOW!

if problem still exist try to fix you PC this way https://forum.infinity-box.com/viewtopic.php?t=2941

If nothing helps - reinstall windows and do not kill it after that with sharing tools.
