This Smart-Card is not an Infinity Smart-Card

- Disconnect all other Boxes and Dongles from PC
- Connect ONLY one Infinity Box/Dongle to PC

Dongle that you have connected is not Infinity.
Now please connect Infinity dongle to PC.

This time you have right dongle connected. Look at HWID of your previously connected card and last one. Do you see the difference ?

Try to update it once again now.
