how to upload files to support

infinity-box 15 years updates and support as nobody else since year 2005

as usual always best update from infinity team but we will be more happy if u provide update base on mobile model number base it will be more easy to use and fast work will be done by mobile tecnician

Your dongle is Ok, version is Ok, CM2MT2 v 2.14 should run well.
Be sure that you have only one dongle connected to PC and run CM2MT2 v2.14 again

@jaydi Kindly add Detection for existing device in meta mode sometimes after switch to meta we get error card disconnected then we again open gui n re do operation for which we have to again power off device better if it detect device if already in meta mode.. If device not in meta mode it will connect n switch device to meta😊
