It's a Internet connection issue, in some cases it's related to countries that block Internet access somehow.

Hello,

1. Install REQUIRED Card-Reader Drivers - https://www.infinity-box.com/support/?r=6
File with Drivers: CardReader_Fetian_FT2K.7z
File with Instruction: Infinity-Box_How_to_update_FT_SCR2000_CardReader_drivers.pd f
Drivers version after installation should be 2.5.6.0823 or 2.5.9.1202
2. Run DongleManager
3. Update Dongle firmware

OR

1. Insert Smart-Card into another Card-Reader. Good result for today gives Alcor Card-Reader.
2. Run DongleManager - https://www.infinity-box.com/support/?r=5
3. Update Dongle firmware

Only ONE update try is allowed !
In case of problem DO NOT update card again !

Disable keepvid\keepvid pro\downloadres\kv_server.exe
delete fault.bin file
run Infinity software

The only way - buy new dongle.

If you have more activations at your dongle it's possible to transfer it to new dongle.

May be you have faulty USB port or shorted USB port from this mobile and you get deconnected smart card reader during identify process

Try to "read" once again. What is the result ?
If it stop again: does it stop at the same % or not ?

also I suggest use USB 2.0 port but not 3.x

Having trouble using latest vesrsions.
My support is not expired updated yesterday
but still these soft not open

i formated whole drive installed new os w7
same same same issue old exe working even all other tools working .but cm2mtk2 cm2sp2 cm2scr not working

i have recorded screen plz see.
I searched the forum found fault.bin
but there is not fault.bin
