Unhappy Server answer:[0031] Dongle identification data damaged


Hello Team You can help me, my customer bought the activation for 2 years but now he can't update the dongle.

Hi,
This problem has no relation to support renew. Please ask your customer what kind of crack tools does he use with Infinity software. THis informwation helps us to find a way to fix a problem.
Also your customer can write here for fast results, he can use translate.google.com

He says that he already tried windows 10 and windows 7 and he gets the same error. He does not have crack installed on his PC
What could be the issue? Thank you!

Issue is: your customer used some kind of crack tools or sniff/debug and similar tools with Infinity software. To get issue solved fast he must provide fault.bin file from CM software folder or he must explain his activity honestly.

Do not use this application at the same time with Infinity

Now update dongle firmware with Infinity DongleManager.
