I noticed my CM2MT2 icon looks corrupted both on desktop and in the CM2 folder before and after re-installing the exe file.
Though the CM2QLM looks healthy, can this be the reason for the failure?
NB: I can perform operations on other MTK phones, the only issue i am having is the Gionee S10.

Hi,
icons are not an issue for sure. Anyway if you thing something is wrong with installation you can uninstall CM2MT2, delete it's directory completely and after that install it back.

Connection problem: no idea at themoment, it may be some kind of unknown internal cpu structure.
