What ca n i do?
i have activated windows sandbox earlier and now the software ( best and cm2 ) writing cannot run under virtual machine even after i uninstalled this function.
please help team.

I can't detect what process gives a problem. You should check windows `services` and disable everything related to Virtual Machine.

After getting to the bios and stoping the virtualizatin services it works.
but the software has worked before , even with virtualiztion on.

You had some services related to vm running at your PC.

I believe the issue here was Windows Sandbox, that uses and enables hyper-v hypervisor that's also being used to run native Windows 10.



You should take a look at that as it's not possbile to run Infinity apps on a Winwdows 10 with WSL/WSL2 feature enabled for example. There are also some built-in security features in Windows that uses virtualization if hyper-v is enabled and they're good to have.
