Please, always make identify first and make sure SW NOT warn you about incompatibility!
In your case FW can't be flashed, until you not select after FW in platform SC7731E SS mode.
Or you can repeat FW read in SS mode to avoid any further issues.

I will make some useful instructions thread in near day-two.

But i dont get any warning in RS identify
And i have removed fg file created by old release and create New fg file with New version 2.07 and all is ok now

NB: Firmware readed by USB3.1 AND ORIGINAL OEM HUB USB 3.0

Then it mean you had try make Identify before in other settings and that device will work in both mode.

But preferable way exactly SS then, if not work RS.
