Good efforts,but SP7731E__QMobile__I8I2019__8.1.0 read firmware successfully done but we write same backup file,flash write stop without any error why?

It can be Call button, or Mic button , or 5 button or 0 button.

According log you just insert cable in device, it is diag one.



Since it KaiOs - you can format it in diagMode too. But interest to read FW from it too, since device is rare.

It was happened because your phone battery was empty and you did not connected phone to cable and you forgot to connect cable to PC USB port. Also maybe your PC was powered off and whole city had no electricity last days.
Probably it was aliens near your table. Who knows...

Please always post software operation log text. Without log text we have no ideas.
