many times when i try to unlock nokia ta-1264 it stuck on process and does nothing, it could take some days until i got success why is it like that? Jay D

Try to use FLASH mode always when possible, it gives more stable results.

Also be sure you have stable connection and disable antivirus/firewall for best results.

do i have to do identify device ? or it is only for extra safty before any oparation?
2. "what does Format flash mean ?" it says earase all security and data whta do i need to flash after that in additional from to get working phone ?
i mean do i have to do repair and to have the specific (nv file) before doing this operation or there is additional fille or function pls help !

1. In software folder. It wrote exact name and path in log.
2. Yes, all inside.

Yes, sure, you can. Software allow write it in 2 mode ( it ask during write) and they are different :
Update acts with saving ORIGINAL secure data ( IM3I, signatures ( new devices have them , unique, like "nokia rpl", since it well explained over search, how it works ) and as COMPLETE rewrite.

In log you can see secure state :

Hi support, I unlock it Neon ray pro and it was successful, but after some days the customer came back when the phone relocked again and when I tried to unlock it again it was showing me that they are going to charge me again! Help me the Customer have already paid me at the first unlock? Are they going to charge again on the same phone?
