I do not remember this model.
You can run CM2SP2.exe and try to amke Identify first.
After that see available buttons.

I tried to identify, it worked but when I try to reset frp is says it's done but is still locked. I don't have acces to the computer I tried to show you the log.

Try to send sw log text here.
Also you may try to select differemt loaders and repeat operation
