please explain more about nvitems
i have a locked spd9820 alcatel 3088x
i can't get the combo buttons to get in diag mode but i can make setprop sys.usb.config diag,adb (rooted)
how do i get a backup nv as the tool doesn't work when phone is live
and where do i uploade the nv locked and unlocked version

also in spd v 1.27 there is no sc9820e! only 9820!!! so were is the update for xiaomi qin 1 that you wrote !
also in the 2.04 version there is indid the 9820e but the sofrware can not recognize the phone!
i have install the adb and fasboot driver i have open usb debuging ! i dont know which button to push down scroll or up ! ( it is responding in downscroll and i can see (spd u2 drivers ) but it really quick disappear from the device manager so .. i dont know what to do ?

i have read the firmware as a bin file and write it back on a working phone but after flashing ( i saw that maybe need factory reset so i have done it and the log is up here )
and the phone does not turning on at all
if i will flash with other box full firmware ( cuase i dont have pac file) it will return to work

so i am trying in spd2 to read firmware and it does not work at all every fanction with the new qin 1s does not work it says "device conected " but it can not initial protocol
so i tryed to replace new cable with another new cable the it was the same problem !
note when i trying to conect the phone with vol up or both up & down ) in the device manager i can see the U2S SPD DIAG but it dissapear after 3 second so i dont know what is the reson for that . in another model B110 sc 6500fs it is the same scenario but the software can do oporation with that even long ones like reading firmware !
pls advice the logs are : "device conected " can not ini protocot " but you know what i will do it againg to show you
we need to apriciate the time and efirt you doing to answer us so here :
