today i restored my sytem then i installed software asking online activate

how?

Hello,
Download and install latest CM2 module software from support and try to run.
Also make sure only main Infinity Box/Dongle is connected to pc, if Infinity BEST is connected disconnect it from pc and then try to run software.
If any problem post screenshot.
