Infinity Cm2 dongle misconfiguration problem

I am use Cm2 dongle from 2 Month . Few-days ago I installed SCR 1.04 Version than run Cm2 dongle and interrupt this program Then I Run this program again But the program didn't run and dongle give this massege "dongle misconfiguration" . I give the text form dongle maneger in below.

it's not the first time you have this issue. You are making something wrong. This time we will try to repair your dongle but if you will heve the same issue next time you should be ready for DETAILED explanation.

update dongle firmware now.
