Hello,

To avoid software conflicts in future please do not use "Hexframe" at the same time with Infinity software.

What to do now:
- Delete fault.bin file from software folder (if you have it there)
- Install latest Infinity software updates
- Run DongleManager
- Update Dongle firmware

IMPORTANT: only ONE update try is allowed so in case of problem DO NOT try to update card again !

STEP 1: go to folder C:\InfinityBox\CM2MT2\ or C:\InfinityBox\CM2SP2\
STEP 2: find file fault.bin
STEP 3: upload file to https://mega.nz/ and post link here
