infinity coonection to server failedsocket error 11001 host not found


i need to know if my infinity box can work again ? impossible to update with dongle manager . when i update ;i have this message CONNECTION TO SERVER FAILEDSOCKET ERROR 11001 HOST NOT FOUND .
