Are you sure your file is not crypted ?

If you have a problem with file structure recognition by Data Explorer please post here operation log text and link to file (use f.e. mega). We will check files that can not be recognized.

Yes, you are right, post #1 says about years 2014-2019.

As you know Data Explorer is completely new software created by new programmers and it has no any relation with old software, so in some time discount option will be removed to avoid confusion.

yes. but actually it's some kind of special software and if we will see at this software carefully we can see that it's price is really miserable in compare with functions that it can give to users.

also if somebody want to test his backup files it's possible to uplod files somewhere and post links in this thread. After that supporter can test files with software and report is file structure supported by software or not.
