Due to platform restrictions, those device user data recovery are lead to complete disassemble/desolder FlashIc for dump anything from it. Now that possible without any additional moves and with just USB cable. Make sure you have made Identify first, then try check/Dump userdata, if it need to be extrcacted from device. Even with enabled encryption flags in device, it can be not encrypted by a fact. KaiOs , Mocor5, Android 4-6 devices are not encrypted almost at all.

Member: 2748254 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 87 | Hello! Today I make partitions dump from Qualcomm Phone Lenovo Vibe C, I successfully extracted the userdata.img and after that i tried to extract the files with the infinity software but it says that is not found system file! I know that Qualcomm is still not supported but on phones that we can extract userdata partition no matter what phone is is good to have option in the program to have extraction option for .img files also! I used third parties software that I found online and successfully extracted all data from the .img file! but in future will be good to have this build in the program itself! Regards! |

Member: 2028047 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 17 | Hi bro, with the previous versions I had errors when trying to decrypt DUMPs made to BLU Studio G mid-range terminals with Android MTK (MT6580) SDK Version: 4 and Android 5.0, Release Base ID: 6.0. With the Z3x, the Data Explorer versions prior to 1.10 would freeze, it forced me to close it forcibly when selecting the DATAUSER.bin file as well as some other (performing tests), with this latest version Data Explorer 1.10, it just starts well and ends up saying "Finish", but the software does not freeze and now it does NOT hang, it does NOT force me to close it and this by selecting the same DUMP file. But I cannot extract the "Contacts" from this DATAUSER file, the team belongs to a lawyer and urgently needs the contacts from this phone, the only way to extract the DUMP file (.BIN) was with the Z3x, read of the eMMC with the E-Socket base, since the charging pin and connections are shorted, I cannot connect it with the charging PIN. The current Data Explorer v1.10, does not detect any contact files and ends without any extraction. You can help? |

Member: 2028047 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 17 | Hi bro !, I managed to solve the problem , the error does not come from the eMMC DUMP, nor is it the corrupt file. The info is not protected, encrypted or corrupted. The problem is NOT the (.BIN) file, ..... Last edited by InfinityHelp; 01-17-2021 at 17:59. |

If you already tried and it was failed attempt you can copy/paste here software operation log text, developers will check it and try to implement new methods. If you did not tried it yet you can upload file to mega.nz than post link here and we will test your file. | |
