how to extract data from Redmi 9 ?

i have read user-data with MT2

Hi bro! Why have they not wanted to include in their programs the treatment of dumps of the eMMC type (.BIN Files) even at this point, taking into account that the fashion of today is the JTAG and eMMC ISP with many programs and Boxes?

More files formats support is under development at the moment.
If you want to analyze partition images with well0known structure, f,e, fat or ext4 probably you can google for a free tools. Infinity Data Explorer is little bit specifit to mobile phones images.
