Infinity dongle do not see phones - GSM-Forum

Hi all. I just bought new infinity dongle. Installed drivers, program cm2mtk and tried to connect lenovo p780 and fly iq4405. And program do not see phones. Can someone help, what could be the problem?

Wait for phone...
Device boot not done
Check Drivers
Try again

Boot Error!

Operation Failed
Elapsed: 00:00:27
Reconnect Power/Cable!

Operation : Check / Read Info [ v1.47 ]

1. Power Off Phone , Remove battery , Insert back
2. Insert USB cable. In some cases require hold BootKey

Wait for phone...
Device boot not done
Check Drivers
Try again

Hello.
Install MTK drivers from support.
When you connect phone ( as program explain in log ) PC must found new device - MTK USB Port or MTK Preloader USB port. When those drivers will be installed - all will start working.

Thank. Yes problem was in preloader. I changed notebook and forgot that drivers was installed on old one. As I thought problem was simple
