Infinity Dongle Unknown Smart Card Problem (Windows 10)
 

I tried every drivers but still dongle gets detected as unknown dongle and when I read dongle it gives error and in dongle update software it not detected.

Hello,

Try to connect Dongle to another PC
Try to insert Smart-Card into another Card-Reader or Box

If problem still exist:
​- Remove Smart-Card from Card-Reader
- Clean Smart-Card contacts
- Try to use hot air gun and heat Smart-Card
- Insert Smart-Card back to Card-reader​

Already Did all those things.

I posted there because we both are facing same issue thats it. I want to know is this error has to do with Unknown Card in device manager?

And yes, you can continue to hide card serial numbers, no problem. Supporters can wait, no problem.

btw, "Unknown Card" in device manager is not an issue. "Smart-Card" device do not need any drivers.

Now you should explain the whole story, what was happened with your card, what you have tried to do etc.

I am using it after 3 month earlier it worked fine but now software only shows No Dongle detected. and card read gives and error. Update dongle is also not working.

this id from cardid. I have put hashtags in serial number

This Smart-Card is not an Infinity Smart-Card

- Disconnect all other Boxes and Dongles from PC
- Connect ONLY one Infinity Box/Dongle to PC

if you want to spend ages here you can put hashtags only instead of all other letters and digits.
