Hello, on 08/18/2018 request an HDE activation on your page from which they charged me but so far I can not activate it, I have already complained several times and they tell me to speak to the developers of HUA TEAM, but I do not have an answer, please I need a solution soon or the refund of the credits that discounted me.

This order was completed well about two years ago.
Your first complain was received about week ago.

If you have a problem with HDE you should contact to HDE team.

I made the claim 5 times, they always indicated to claim the hua team, but they do not give me a solution

Let me explain how is system works.

When you order HDE your order comes to HDE (hua) team and you get username and password. So in case of any problem the onl way - contact to hua team to get a solution.
Your order was placed 2 (TWO) years ago so Infinity can not make any refund because order was paid to hua team two years ago and nobody accept any claims after two years.

Solution is - contact to hua team and get your account working with their help
