Can't detect ffs/eeprom area
Do you want to use standard ffs/eeprom address: 00E00000 ?

If you are not sure that standard address is correct:
1. press "NO" and terminate current operation
2. make flash backup for emergency case
3. repeat required operation

hello!

if you tried to replace original Comport drivers with drivers available on our support site:
software / utilities / Prolific /
then i have no more ideas what could be wrong.
for doing this you must find in device manager under "ports" prolific device and uninstall it.
after system refresh install drivers from our support site.
Alternatively you can choose update driver
