infinity plus not booting phones

i got new infinity plus combo edition for sale ... but it always stops at request of power on phone < never boot phone > same phones are working with other older infinity box ,,, i just only want to know is their any special settings for new combo box.... or it is hardware fault of box... led working on box ...
usb pwr-- always on
data - blink on pwr on request
phone pwr--- off
plz tell where is problem.......

need to start first pinfinder exe
and then press power on and then start the infinity software
