When it open the model it showing message
pleasewait initialise com ports . Taking around ten mintues to open the shell
help me any one

reinstall main setup... otther wise formate window and install window xp than maine setup of infinity box

close IVT Bluesolie software if u have installed then start infinity software as for me when i have ivt bluesolie software open it takes upto 8-10 minutes to open any module

Correct, if you have IVT BlueSoleil installed on your pc shell will take longer time to open as it will detect more com ports, and it will take more long time if you have plugged in bluetooth device in your pc.
