infinity spd module not opening
 

dear infinity team,
my cm2 spd module is not opening while other modules like mtk,qlm are working perfect, what can be the problem? i have tried to uninstall it and install again but still its not working. i have also tried other dongle but still my problem is there. How can i solve it??

Hello,
Which version of CM2SPD are you trying to run?
Do you see any error when you try to open CM2SPD module?
Does your pc have fault.bin file inside Cm2SPD installed folder in C: drive?
Run Dongle manager, make read serial number operation and post log here.
