i am trying to download update but spead is very low for last 2 days. it disconnect before completing file. any solution infinity support please.

my infinity box,s...entersupport/download area is,t open the follow message apper

error:can,t run browser,probably default browser not set in system.
link for support area access copied to clipboard..you can run browser manually and pase the link here.

plz. solve my problem urgently

there is problem with your browser
when this massege appear you can just open web browser and just right click on address bar and click on past or click on address bar and press ctrl+v
this will open support area
