What is phone CPU chip name and what is connector type ?

Phone CPU is:

MT6219AT
0650-EVSL
QH140
MNCY4CD

Connector type is MINI USB like Spice-S5, Cect-i658, Nokia-N68

Right now i have 2 cell phones of that type (DuBao 302) - one is not working and the other is working. Can i download the flash on the working one and copy it to the broken one and where is on board pinouts - TX, RX and GND??

you can use backup readed from working phone.
regarding pinout: hard to say, never saw this phone.
but you can try maybe tx, rx is in pottom connecotr, pins 3,4.
if not- you must turn to checking available on PCB test pointsh
