Sir,
I received in my shop China Phone ZTC ZT839, now the phone status is dead but i can do back-up at moment. and i tried to search flashfile at the infinity support section for this model but it does'nt have. now i will ask you...are you interested of this file so i will send it to you just to support in future?

did u try format ffs in complete mode???
flash backup from dead phones are not of any use to infinity team.

u can try similar flash file with same version from support area

Hello,

If required file can not be found in support area (please use "search" function in support area first)
it will be good if somebody can read full flash from the same good working phone and send
full flash backup to [email protected] so we will be able to prepare and upload
good working files in support area for all users.

Please, DO NOT send to us backup files from damaged phones. We CAN NOT repair damaged files !
