INFINITY TEAM Help


Hi...

I want to unlock Alcatel S319x...

But after flashing, Its came to a BLUE SCREEN only....

I format the phone, SMART and COMPLETE...

I flashed it to the NEW firmware...

I flashed the phone with EEPROM from the support...

But Still BLUE SCREEN... but you can make a call... But Blue Screen

How do I do now????

Hello,

It may be hardware <-> firmware incompatibility.
Try to flash phone with higher firmware version (select file with latest release date).

yes, it's the problem. We need a time to prepare unlock solution for latest firmware/hardware type.
We will try to make it ASAP.
I can give you some files for tests and you can try it (if you have some time) but I am not sure in success.

Files uploaded.

Try to make this:
1. download "customization" files from this folder: \flashfiles\Alcatel\S319\parts
2. flash phone with "customization" files one by one and see results (make "format ffs" checked during each flash operation)
if you will see some good results, please, test phone carefully, be sure that all buttons and functions works well.

Hi...

Here is the Result...

I put all the costumization files that you upload at the support site....

All BUTTONS are working, receiving and making call , but the problem is this...If you are on the MENU, you did'nt go to all ICON inside there....

Hopely you will find a way to resolve this...
