the phone is new no problem for the phone
i think that box infinity is bad box for unlock sony ericsson

u r mad..... problem in ur phone infinity is best box and ur problem with both boxes infinity and setool same problem its mean both boxes is bad boxes.You r not perfect handling and blam to infinity its not good first learn unlocking and flashing then use boxes its my advice for u.................
