I update my infinity box with last firmware , but now i can not access to support area ( all mirror )
need your help urgently

hello!

use dongle manager to read out FULL dongle data.
send this information to [email protected]

i think you have missing support area access user name & password.
if so- we will repair this by dongle upgrade.
