NAND phone require MAKE "IDENTIFY" once per phone. So before service new phone - make IDENTIFY first.

Why need to wait when all is written in log and already told by JayDi.
Go to Settings-SP:Other-Nand Init Mode-Autodetect,P1,P2,P3.
Now select P1,P2,P3 one by one and try to Check/Info until you see ok message like this-
