Dear team,

i am unable to enter the support site using the latest shell as well as latest dongle manager.

it always gives the message

Please download and use the latest download manager to enter the support site.

please help and guide

Hello,

Please, download latest "Shell" and press "Visit support area" button.

If it will be any problems make this:
read dongle info (use "DongleManager") and send to [email protected]

you do not need login and password to access support area any more
you should have your dongle connected to PC , when you perform this action
Download new Support manager also knows as Shell,
run support manager (shell) , go to support area tab and click visit support area
you will be taken to support area automaticaly
you can download support manager from
http://www.infinity-box.com/download/idx/index-3.php

what to do now:
upgrade your dongle firmware.

Sir I am unable to download files from support area as internet speed in my location is very slow and some time brakes and I have to restart process again.Yesterday I tried to download chinese miracle 3 times but failed.please give resume service.
