Infinity Team please help me to activate my pinfinder with my New Infinity Box
 

Respected Infinity team, I had activated my Pin-finder but I didn't need it now I have bought a new infinity Box and I want to activate my Pin-finder with new Box because I have shifted to other City. When I want to activate with my new box but it give this message:

pinfinder activated just 1 time .... and i think u r pinfinder already activated with another infinity box so see what the supporter say about this problem

mr. Faheem Anjum is correct. each pinfinder can be paired with one infinity dongle.
this is a part of protection agains cloning.
if you can proove that previous dongle was yours (can say us its serial number or registration email)-
then we can remove pairing from old dongle. After that you will be able to register it with any other dongle.
so currently i wait your email with dongles serials and pinfinder number to [email protected]

Thanks sir for reply , I emailed my new and old box Serial No. and also I have attached Dongle-manger log file of Both Boxes to [email protected] and I Request to pair it with my New Box as soon as Possible.Any kind of proves you need I can give that Both box are mine.
